Beliefs
This is a list of my beliefs. I try to treat them as sheets of paper, that – given new evidence – are being replaced by new sheets of paper. We can’t be experts in everything and have to stop research at some point. Still, I’d like to try keeping a record of how my beliefs are shaped by the evidence I have been exposed so far. If you see any mistakes, please email me, I am happy to be wrong and change my stance.
- New Peace
We live in one of the most peaceful times. Violence seems to decrease over time, but with upticks in recent years. Let’s hope this is not a reversal of the general trend.
- Protein Intake
Protein is an important macro-nutrient and most of us should get at least 0.8g/kg of protein per day in our diet.
